Pairing colours in residential architecture for different interior types

Most colour studies focus on single effects; however, interiors are multi-coloured environments and contemporary users looking for more innovative schemes in interiors. Interior architects rely their own subjective experience instincts when they take up the challenge. This study aims to reveal semantics of paired colours walls different residential interior types (eg, living room) as a second part previous conducted by same authors. Both explore through 42 Munsell (with variety hues, value, chroma levels) with 14 adjectives beautiful, unpleasant, cold) under controlled conditions.
